My readers may have noticed a fresh look came to the blog a little over a month ago.  That’s because I’d been working on my ‘Howl’s Moving Castle’ post and had originally intended to post and redesign at the same time.  But since life has apparently gotten in the way of my plans, I wanted to take a moment to credit Dianne Wynne-Jones for the inspiration for my new blog style.  ‘In Which I Blog’ had been an idea I’d tossed around for a while, but when I opened her book for the first time and scanned down her table of contents, I loved what she had done and wanted to pursue the theme further.  Imitation is the sincerest form of flattery, right?  My category names present the greatest challenge, so I hope you will bear with me as I endeavor to keep them clear but inviting.  Enjoy!
