Also known as ‘The one in which I can’t remember the name of An Ideal Husband.’ For shame.

I’m bummed I had to miss out on the hangout. Y’all did great. Frank’s Red Hot on a boot?! Haha, yes! 🙂
Mary is quite contrary. She can’t make up her mind about what she wants and yes, leading on men is not very nice.
I don’t know how Edith would even be able to inherit Gregson’s money? I really don’t think she can. Edith should have told Cora from the very beginning about her girl. Too bad she has waited this long but maybe next season she will right things.
I was OKAY with Sara Bunting, until she invited (and forced) herself upstairs. She reminds me too much of Edna, too. Stay away, Branson!
Uncle Harold: I like his character but only by the end of the episode. He definitely grated on my nerves at first. I hope he has more airtime next season.
Sadly, my first thought too was that the Dowager isn’t going to be on for all of next season.
Molesley + Baxter! Carson + Mrs. Hughes! That last closing scene was touching. Side note: Daysi’s outfit was adorable.
Along the lines of what Elizabeth said, I also wasn’t so sure about how much I would enjoy this season of Downton but I’m glad I gave it a chance. Overall though, I think this was one of the weaker seasons (a lot of times I felt like plot lines were forced or there was just too much “filler”) but at least no one died tragically while riding off into the sunset. 😉
